New Mexico weekly unemployment benefits are based upon your earnings during the base period and are generally 50 percent of the amount you earned while employed, up to a $326 a week, which are payable for up to 26 weeks, if there are no applicable extensions. The checks will be reduced by any amounts you earn while collecting unemployment.

  •  The address and phone number of all employers you worked for during the last 18 months, as well as the dates you worked at each job
  •  The amount of any earnings received in the week of filing
